Digital Allocator

Functions:

allocator.getFilter(side)
allocator.addFilter(side,...)
allocator.removeFilter(side,...)
allocator.clearFilter(side)
Modifies the filter data. It will only take items in the filter. If no filter is set, all items are allowed.

allocator.isActive(side)
allocator.activate(side, active)
Gets/sets a flag whether the allocator should operate. 

allocator.getFilterMode(side)
allocator.setFilterMode(side, mode)
Gets/sets flags on how the allocator should operate. It is a list of chars. Currently supported flags are:
 "e": Exclude mode. The allocator will only pass through items which are not in the filter.

allocator.transmit(side, count, [item])
Transfer <count> items through the allocator and return when done.


Events:
"allocated" when the allocator successfully transports an item. params: side, item_name, item_count
