Replace 1.13-OptiFine_HD_U_E3_pre.json installed by OptiFine_1.13_HD_U_E3_alpha-1.jar and OptiFine_1.13_HD_U_E3_alpha-2.jar with the 1.13-OptiFine_HD_U_E3_pre.json listed here.

OptiFine_1.13_HD_U_E3_alpha-3.jar shouldn't have this problem. It also fixed EXP orbs and a crash in the video settings.
